Spam & bounce thresholds

We carefully vet who can send on Waypoint to keep spammers out. To stay in good standing, workspaces need to maintain:

  • A spam complaint rate below 0.1%
  • A bounce rate below 10%

Workspaces that go over either threshold are placed under review, and sending may be paused until the underlying cause is resolved.
